We design the ultimate pop-up picnic experience to celebrate special occasions, or ordinary days, in beautiful Loudoun County, VA!

Each package includes a two-hour, styled picnic setup, themed décor, place settings, tableware, personalized sign and more.

Our team does all the work including setup and cleanup. You just show up and enjoy!

Steps to creating your ultimate picnic experience:

 

• Browse through our themes and select one for your picnic.

  • Themes change seasonally, or you may request a custom theme​.*

  • Celebrating something special? Let us know what the occasion is, and we will design a custom themed picnic for you.*

* Please note that custom themes and requests may incur an additional fee due to extra planning and equipment costs.

• Each package includes a two-hour styled picnic, but you can select from several à la carte options.

  • Our Perfect Picnic Package includes: blanket ground cover, comfortable throw pillow seating, fully-set, low-lying table chosen for the size of your group, side crate with ice bucket and chilled water, themed decor, disposable flatware and napkins, personalized message board and more.

• Select your preferred location from our list of wineries, historical destinations, or parks.  If you have a specific place in mind, just ask, and we will do our best to make that happen. We currently only offer locations in Loudoun County, Virginia which has so much to offer!

• Your picnic details will be confirmed and reserved upon full payment of the picnic package.

On the day of your ultimate picnic experience:

​

• On the day of your picnic, our picnic stylist will text you approximately 15 minutes before your reservation with location details and any other information you may need.

• Purely Picnics VA handles all setup and cleanup, so you will walk up to your beautiful setting and your experience begins right away. There is always a reserved sign and custom message board at your picnic, so you can easily find your space.

• Most picnics are surprises, so typically we will not meet you at your picnic. Don't get us wrong, we love our clients, but we like to give you privacy. We are close by, so text us if you have any questions or concerns before or during your picnic. If requested, they may be able to return to take a quick picture of you and your group.

• Approximately 15 minutes before completion of your picnic, you will receive a text that our team is on the way to cleanup.  Please note that the two-hour limit is enforced due to our commitments to partner locations and other picnic clients, however you can always text us to ask for an extension. We can often accommodate this request.

• When your picnic ends, you can walk away and enjoy the rest of your day.
