We design personalized, luxury picnic experiences and event tablescaping to celebrate your special occasion.

Each package includes a two-hour, styled picnic setup with a fully-set, low-lying table chosen for the size of your group, blanketed ground cover, comfortable throw pillow seating, themed decor, fresh flowers, plates, flatware and napkins, ice bucket with chilled water, personalized sign and more.

Our team does all the work including setup and cleanup. You just show up and enjoy!

Steps to creating your ultimate picnic experience:

  • Themes change seasonally, or you may request a custom theme​.*

  • Celebrating something special? Let us know what the occasion is, and we will design a custom themed picnic for you.*

* Please note that custom themes and requests may incur an additional fee due to extra planning and equipment costs.

• Each package includes a two-hour styled picnic, but you can extend the time for an additional fee.

  • Our Perfect Picnic Package includes a fully-set, low-lying table chosen for the size of your group, blanketed ground cover, comfortable throw pillow seating, themed decor, fresh flowers, plates, flatware and napkins, ice bucket with chilled water, personalized sign and more.

  • Our Tablescaping Package includes fully-set tables for the size of your group, fresh flowers, themed decor, personalized message board and more.

• Your picnic details will be confirmed and reserved upon full payment of the picnic package.

• During the week of your reservation, we will contact you confirming any last-minute details.

On the day of your ultimate picnic experience:

​

• On the day of your picnic, our picnic stylist will text you approximately 15 minutes before your reservation with location details and any other information you may need.

• Purely Picnics VA handles all setup and cleanup, so you will walk up to your beautiful setting and your experience begins right away. There is always a reserved sign and custom message board at your picnic, so you can easily find your space.

• Most picnics are surprises, so typically we will not meet you at your picnic. We love our clients, but like to give you privacy. Text us with any questions or concerns before or during your picnic.

• Approximately 15 minutes before completion of your picnic, you will receive a text that our team is on the way to cleanup.  Due to scheduling we ask that you adhere to the two-hour reservation time or request an extension when booking.

• While a purchase minimum is not required at Bleu Frog, we appreciate your support of this family-run, local business.
